On rock and ice

You are not a climbing fanatic and you are not bothered with conquering the north face of the Eiger, but you would like to live the most different experiences both on rock and ice?
The aim of this course is as varied a formation as possible!

You will learn different climbing techniques as well as rock and ice safety techniques.
On the Marmolada glacier you will learn to use an ice axe and crampons and how to act safely on a glacier.
Other fundamental contents will be meteorology, danger in the mountains and orienteering on open terrain.

This combination of rock and ice should create the base to move independently and with awareness in alpine environments.
